I was born in Japan and lived there until I moved back to the U.S. for college. My wife Jacie grew up in Argentina and later lived in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are both missionary kids and came to faith at a young age. We met at college and married a few years later while I was studying in seminary. Internships in Michigan, Houston, and Seattle gave us a burden and passion for Jesus.

Prior to moving to Salt Lake City, we lived in New Jersey and Texas where I pastored different churches. Some of my passion areas are discipleship, church planting, and now a growing desire and burden for prayer.

Right now, Jacie and I are having fun being empty nesters, since our two kids, Natalie and Caleb, are out of the house. Jacie is a teacher by training and has served as a worship director. She also loves gardening. I am a big basketball fan. We both enjoy reading good books, watching movies and finding cheap, hole-in-the-wall restaurants with great food.

My leadership style is similar to the apostle Andrew. You don’t hear much about Andrew, but he loved Jesus and loved leading people to Jesus. My prayer is that, like Andrew, the spotlight will always be on Jesus!

Dawn serves to provide support to the pastor, council and committees of the church.  Various roles:  bulletin preparation, order of worship power point, weekly newsletter, volunteer scheduling, announcements, maintain church calendar/activities, building scheduling, maintain membership statistics, church related correspondence, maintain website, mobile apps, social media, church management/directory systems, building rental, purchasing, event sign ups, church communication/updates.

Stephanie partners with the pastor, council, and ministry leaders to
coordinate discipleship and nurture and equip leaders, specifically cultivating pathways that help people take their next faithful step with Jesus—whether they are just beginning to explore faith or have been walking with Christ for many years.  Stephanie's role is as much about relationships and formation as it is about programs and planning.

Aidan is a recent graduate from the University of Utah with a deep passion for relational discipleship, peer mentoring, and psychological health, offering a vibrant presence for campus and community engagement primarily based at Life in Christ CRC.

Wendy is an experienced, ordained lay minister and data consultant who brings a profound blend of pastoral care, operational leadership, and community focus to her primary placement at Community CRC in West Valley.
