Facility Use Request
(for current Long Term Renters & Life in Christ Members)
Procedure: So that we may plan adequately and prevent conflicts this form must be submitted to the Life in Christ Administrator for approval before any event/meeting can be scheduled on the facility use calendar, at that time the event/meeting is considered approved. The Life in Christ Administrator will email you back with confirmation/approval as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to reassign rooms or to cancel your event/meeting at any time before or during your event due to the unforeseen event of a church activity or funeral. This conflict has seldom happened and we will try our best to accommodate your event according to your request. Requests for weddings require a separate application and must be approved by the Life in Christ council.
