The main service starts at 10:30 am and you will be indulging in snacks and coffee by about 11:45 am
The flow generally goes like this:
- Opening song
- Confession and Scripture reading
- Children's Sermon- following this Preschool children are invited downstairs for fellowship time with each other
- Main Sermon
- Snacks and Fellowship time
You could probably classify the service as fairly traditional. We are a multi-generational, ethnically diverse congregation. While relying on the gifts God has given us for providing the worship service, we try to be respectful and thoughtful of this diversity. For this reason, you will hear anything from centuries old songs in hymnals, modern worship, to an occasional bluegrass ensemble.
*Prayer/Communion- We celebrate communion once a month together as a community. For a more in depth understanding of what this means in general and specifically to our lives please see here. On the days we are not taking communion, we have a time of corporate prayer where anyone attending the service is welcome to present prayer requests followed by either an Elder or Pastor bringing these prayer request to the feet of our Lord and Savior.
